Floor Panel
Panels of various sizes required for cold storages are produced and offered to service by our company in accordance with international standards. Tramec Panels are available in 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200 mm thickness, 111 cm width and 11.5 m length according to the project. It is available in production up to length. The inner and outer surfaces are 0.30 mm - 0.40 mm - 0.50 mm thick galvanized sheet metal as standard and have RALL9002 polyester paint on it. Standard sheet thicknesses are 0.50 mm thick PVC and 304 QUALITY STAINLESS sheet options. Our panels are manufactured according to the locking system and are combined with male and female interlocking details. It is produced with polyurethane filling with a density of 40 kg/m3 between two sheets. Our standard production is interlocking panels with 8 mm thick Plywood on the upper surface and 40 (+/-2) density polyurethane injected between the lower surface and galvanized sheet metal.
Floor Panel Genel Bilgi
Corrugated floor panels, wall/ceiling panels etc. are available in 7 different thicknesses. Corrugated panels have a distributed load carrying capacity of 2000 kg/m2, and optionally, non-slip CrNi or 200 micron PVC coated sheet metal can be used on plywood on the surface.
