Large particles in the air drawn in by a fan are separated in the pre-filter. Smaller oily air particles escaping from the pre-filter are positively and negatively charged in the electrostatic filter and passed through the magnetic field. The dirty air passed through the magnetic field filters harmful wastes such as oil, dust and smoke that we do not want to be thrown out. The polluted air passing through this process is cleaned at a rate of over 90% and released into the atmosphere in this way.
Thanks to the automation group PLC, software and hardware in the system, it can clean itself at the times determined by the customer. You can also view the filter's operating values, washing time and error warning system via the graphic LCD screen.
